Selling laser hair removal is all about timing: consumers need to know it requires multiple sessions over several months, and works best without a tan. That makes the November–January window critical for getting new customers to start so they'll be ready just in time for summer. Year over year, we turned this seasonal reality into an OTT science. By pairing performance data with varied visual tactics (pitting lo-fi, UGC-style assets against hi-fi production) we constantly iterated on new hooks, key benefits, and messaging to drive conversions.
